Project Overview

NA Collective partnered with Alo Yoga to host their first wellness retreat in Riyadh, designed to merge mindfulness, movement, and community building. The experience aimed to introduce Alo’s wellness philosophy to a curated group of influencers, while positioning the brand as a lifestyle leader in the Saudi market. Beyond just yoga sessions, the retreat blended fitness, wellness, and social connection, leaving attendees with a holistic impression of Alo.

To elevate the experience, we also curated a mini brunch gathering—a thoughtfully styled setting that encouraged organic networking, content creation, and authentic brand-influencer engagement.Our Approach

We focused on creating a mindful yet aspirational event experience that matched Alo’s global identity while resonating with Riyadh’s lifestyle scene. Our priorities included:

• Branded Visual Identity – Large-scale 3D “ALO” installations became both an event landmark and a photo backdrop, ensuring high visibility across social platforms.

• Curated Guest List – Key influencers from the wellness and lifestyle community were handpicked to amplify Alo’s brand presence through authentic content.

• Wellness Integration – A yoga session framed the retreat, grounding the experience in Alo’s core ethos.

• Elevated Brunch Concept – Post-session, guests enjoyed a wellness-inspired brunch, complete with styled table settings, clean menus, and mindful refreshments.

Key Challenges & Solutions

Introducing a Global Brand in a New Market
While Alo is well-established internationally, localized awareness in Riyadh required building trust and familiarity. We solved this by pairing the global Alo aesthetic with a personal, intimate format—wellness-focused yet lifestyle-driven, resonating with Saudi influencers.

Balancing Wellness & Content Creation
Attendees came both to experience and to share. To support this, we designed photogenic touchpoints (ALO installations, styled brunch tables, natural lighting setups) that seamlessly blended authenticity with shareability.
